NOW--a P.S.--this picture [below] was taken on the above day, in the morning, with Mandy fresh out of the shower (hair still wet), notice how she is about as big around as a PENCIL and white as a SHEET?! And one of the REASONS for that is . . . . . they surprised Lamar and I on the first night that they arrived in St. George for the Holidays {i think Dec. 23rd} with an announcement {presented in a very clever & creative way} that they were PREGNANT!! Yah!! We were TOTALLY not expecting that! What a fun Christmas surprise for us!! She was about 2 months along--expecting Baby #2 July 26, 2012!! Of course none of us knew yet if it was a boy or a girl--but before long we got to find out that it was a BOY--and ON July 26, 2012, Baby Jack [our 10th grandchild] was born in Oklahoma!! [more on that in a later post]
Below: that's Baby Jack in the little square-not to arrive until July 26, 2012
This is the announcement they put up on Facebook to announce the news to the world!
SO STINKIN' CUTE!!
That was 'quite' a P.S. eh?!
Aww such fun memories, that was SUCH a fun Christmas with y'all AND Bud and Char. We miss it already....flying solo for our first time....we better be doing lots of Skype-ing Christmastime!
ReplyDeleteCreative post! I love the matchy argile sweaters with the siblings and Char. All that game playin looks so fun! Ah, one day when the kids are older! And cute how you stuck Jack's matching picture on their family pic when she was pregnant!
